The Norse Contact Programme is a specifically designed S&C programme to prep contact sports players.
This is for any athlete who participates in a physical field sport. Football, Soccer, Hockey, Rugby, Basketball, Lacrosse etc.
On this programme you’ll go from being bossed around to be the boss on the field! From taking the hits to making them! Our job is to make you the beast of your team.
This programme is continuously updating yearlong! Moving through off – season, in – season and pre – season cycles. The programme focuses on Strength, Speed and Power through all planes of motion.
