The Norse Weightlifting programme is specifically designed for those who exclusively looking to better their Olympic Weightlifting.

It is a continuously updating programme that runs year long, incorporating different cycles of training and looking to peak every 12 – 16 weeks. We believe in an all-round approach in developing the Olympic Weightlifting athlete, this programme will focus on all factors of athletic performance, mobility, hypertrophy, endurance, strength, speed & power as we believe they are all key in Olympic Weightlifting performance.

In other words, if you’re the type of athlete who’s going to give it their all in these training sessions, you can look forward to dominating the platform while looking good and feeling good.
