FOAM ROLLING CERTIFICATION

The Foam Rolling Certification breaks down the theory and practical elements of self-myofascial release. The Foam Rolling Certification is a wonderful intro in the concepts of our functional mobility certification!

This course consists of 19 lessons broken down into theory presentations and practical exercise videos. In each video you will interact with foam rolling different parts of the body & key coaching cues to get the most of your body

Provided are theoretical & practical vides & texts covering the following:

Practitioners who complete this course will receive a Certificate of Completion as well 16 CPD Points.
